Chinese New Year

Well, to me, chinese new year was a rather boring one, as i could not go out, as there were no malls open for me to go. On the eve of chinese new year, on wednesday after the chinese new year celebrations at school, my friend yufeng and i went to plaza singapura and suntec city, just for the fun of it. The next day, which was a Thursday, i stayed at home and relaxed. I read my books, did my drawings, watched television, and did all those things that i normally could not do on weekdays. Unlike yufeng and my other friends, i did not go visiting my relatives ' house as i to me, i findthat it is a very lame, stupid and boring activity. Thus, i skipped the entire hassle of visiting my relatives' houses one by one, and slacked the entire day. On friday, i did the same thing, but on saturday, my friend yufeng came to my house to study and do the last vestiges of our homework. after that, we went to plaza singapura again, just for the fun of it all. Lastly, on sunday, i did the same thing that i did on thursday and friday...... SLACK! In conclusion, although i found the chinese new year holidays really boring, i enjoyed it as i got to relax and slack my way through.

targets and expectations/resolutions for 2008.

TARGETS AND EXPECTATIONS/RESOLUTIONS FOR 2008. For this year, i plan to achieve many things. To start with, i have definitely got to DO WELL IN MY O LEVELS. The most important exam in secondary school life has come, or rather, is coming soon, too soon in fact.I will have to pull up my socks, or whatever i have, buckle up, and work hard. Extremely hard.Hard as nails. Then and again, my aim is not to simply pass the O LEVELS, but to do my best in it, get the best results i am capable of. Next, I want to GET INTO A POLYTECHNIC NEXT YEAR. Although it is still easier than entering a junior college, i will definitely have to work hard, especially on maths. MATHS. Which brings me to my next ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, CRAZY, MAD, SUICIDAL, AGAINST ALL ODDS GOAL. Which is... TO pass my MATHS. It might seem quite an impossible task for me, someone who gets F9s to get a C6.... or even a D7.... but i have to try my best, as there really is no other choice. As for resolutions, nothing much really, but maybe, i shall say.... to be more hardworking.
